    The five-axis CNC machining center adopts a vertical and horizontal swing structure and can be flipped continuously. The turntable adopts a worm drive structure with large transmission torque, which is suitable for low-speed and heavy-load cutting; it can also be driven by a torque motor, which has fast dynamic response, no backlash, no transmission mechanical wear, and is suitable for high-speed, high-precision and light-load cutting.

    The machine tool used is usually called a five-axis machine tool or a five-axis machining center. Five-axis CNC machining is usually used in the aerospace field to process body parts, turbine parts and impellers with free-form surfaces. When describing the movement of CNC machine tools, a right rectangular coordinate system is used; the coordinate axis parallel to the main axis is defined as the Z axis, and the rotation coordinates of the winding x, y, and z axes are A, B, and C respectively. Usually five-axis linkage refers to the linear interpolation movement of any 5 coordinates of x, y, z, A, B, and C.

    1. Greatly shortened processing time: Since the drill bit shape used by the global mechanical CNC deep hole drilling machine will automatically break and be continuously discharged by high-pressure chip oil, there is no need to exit the drill bit midway and clean up the chips. The processing speed of machining holes can be 5~6 times faster than that of twist drills.

    2. Edge grinding of the tool: Even without a special tool grinder, it can be easily re-grinded. (You can grind it by hand when you are skilled). The deep hole drill can be ground 50~60 times. Therefore, the service life of the deep hole drill bit is longer. Compared with the twist drill, the tool cost is not high.

    3. Processing materials with high hardness: Since the deep hole drill bit of the Global CNC deep hole drilling machine (three-axis deep hole drilling, five-axis deep hole drilling) is made of cemented carbide, it can process materials with a hardness of HRC40.

    4. The five-axis deep hole drilling adopts an integrated design: the slide is hinged on the integral slide through the center axis, and the servo motor drives the slide to rotate through the reducer. The rotation deviation device installed on the center axis is used to control the rotation angle, so that the spindle can be tilted at an inclined angle for tilting processing, positioning, and rigidity strength.
